Weekly Wellness: Getting through it










We’re not the first generation to live through a pandemic. And, unfortunately, we likely will not be the last. But knowing that – and being on the front lines of it – does not make it any easier to bear. It doesn’t erase the facts of the growing number of cases or lessen the pain of loss.

This week, Dr. Jess Badwards reminds to consider the challenges of our last year, and to forgive ourselves for not being perfect 100% of the time. If your temper flares a little more often or if you have less patience than usual, know that you are not alone. Thankfully, with the vaccine already making its way through our hospitals, hope is at hand.
