“If you don’t make time for exercise, you’ll probably have to make time for illness” – Robin Sharma
Your health is the most important thing. It controls your mood, your sleep, your ability to do your job, and your happiness.
Remember that exercise doesn’t necessarily mean a 60-minute gym session or a 90-minute hot yoga class. Exercise should be something you enjoy. A 20-minute brisk walk with your wife. A dance party with your kids in the living room. A 10-minute Zumba class on Hulu.
Exercise should be something you look forward and enjoy, never a burden.
This week, have fun exercising. Congratulate yourself for any amount of exercise you complete, and note how it helps your quality of life.
